Users can navigate through the test by swiping left and right to change the plates or select them directly from the tool provided. The initial plate serves as the control, which all individuals should be able to identify.
It is essential to note that the specific device used, the screen protector applied, display brightness, and ambient lighting conditions can significantly impact the reliability and reproducibility of mobile screenings. As such, a hard copy of the Ishihara plates remains the gold standard for accurate assessment.
